A Johnson and Wales trained chef, Tony was born and raised in San Juan. After spending many years in New York, he decided to return to his home country to share his Puerto Rican food, culture and the beauty of the historic home he owns. Tony hosts a hands-on cooking class at his B&B, an architectural gem exquisitely decorated in the center of San German built in 1912.
