About This Tour
Journey through all facets of Mexican cuisine, from traditional "abuelita" recipes to three different Tlayudas and regional dishes freshly made in a local spot. You will experience the delicious taste of the famous Black and Red Moles, as well as a crispy Fried Chile Relleno. Our tour visits two local markets for your delight: Mercado 20 de Noviembre and Mercado Benito Juárez, before walking towards the Zócalo, a charming square brimming with history, stunning architecture, and culture. Oaxaca’s old town is the perfect area to experience the colorful atmosphere and discover the vibrant flavors of authentic Mexican cuisine, including a uniquely flavored traditional regional shaved ice. At the end of your tour, you'll have sampled some of Oaxaca's most delicious dishes. Including three traditional favorites!
