Groups enter punctually at the appointed time, late persons will not be admitted to the tour without the possibility of returning the money. Tickets purchased for tours (with or without a guide) after January 1, 2026, are personal (please provide the name and surname of each participant when booking). Once a ticket has been issued in your name, it may not be possible to change it to a different name. Please bring your ID card or other identification document for identification by Schindler` Factory Museum staff. The name and surname on your ticket must match the one on your document.
