This hike and yoga practice is truly Utah Unique. We will start by meeting at the trial head. From there we hike up a mountain that with every switchback gives you a new amazing view of Park City. The higher we climb the more you can see. The hike lasts for about 30 to 45 minutes. Once we get to the top the 360 degree views of Park City and the surrounding area is breathtaking. We will roll out our yoga mats and enjoy a yoga practice on top of a mountain. Every side of your yoga mat holds a new and spectacular view. This yoga practice is created for all levels of yogi, from beginner to advanced you will get the right practice for you. After our yoga practice we will hike back down to the base of the mountain. This is a private activity, so you get to enjoy the personalized experience.

You will soak in amazing mountain top views and try a new activity of yoga in the snow. This will be your most memorable Utah experience. We start meeting at our set location. From there we snowshoe through snowy mountain setting to the top of Empire Pass. The views are spectacular! We will roll out our yoga mats and pour ourselves some hot beverages. From here we will start our Snowga, yoga in the snow. What is truly magical about this experience is the silence all around us. The snow muffles the sound. As you move through various yoga poses you get to experience the wonders of nature all around you. After yoga we will snowshoe back to the parking lot.

The Midway Spa and Utah Crater is North Americas ONLY YEAR ROUND Natural Hot Spring and Spa where the temperature is 94F. It allows for Guests to Swim and Soak while relaxing in the Natural Indoor Crater first discovered by the local Indians years ago. It is not volcanic in nature. It is a geothermal hot spring that formed over thousands of years. The water source is 2 miles down. This is truely a unique and fun experience that should NOT be missed.

After meeting you at your Park City or Deer Valley Hotel we will proceed towards the Heber and Midway Valley. On the way you will see the famous Utah Film Studios home of Kevin Costner's "Yellowstone" and "ABC series "Blood and Oil". You will see the Jordanelle State Park and Reservoir with c chance to step out close and personal to the water for some amazing vistas of the back side of Deer Valley Ski Resort and the Wasatch Back. It is fed by an underground spring 2 miles deep. From there we will continue on to the Midway Artesian Cheese and Kohler Dairy Farm where you can meet the cows and see where the milk is turned into local Cheese. A Free tasting is included.
