Nicole explores all the many faces of curry while she creates a meal that fuses a little of the old styles with newer Western flavors.  Visitors will learn about the history of curry, its health value, and short cuts that can be used to create various curry based meals.  The goal will be to make it easy for visitors to go home and cook the same menu whenever they wish. WE TOUR NELSON'S DOCKYARD, SHIRLEYS HEIGHTS & SNORKEL This is a guided tour by a local spearfisherman. Taking in all the sights and sounds of the island on land and in the sea, with a very high chance of snorkeling with sea turtles, and a definite chance of seeing two shipwrecks! The snorkel is in mostly shallow water, off of a beach. THIS IS NOT A BOAT TOUR. Your snorkel guide enjoys spearfishing and can show you things while snorkeling you never even knew were below you! This is a private tour, meaning you will be the only travelers. It is roughly 4 hours long. There is cold water in the vehicle. Lunch is not provided on the tour. You will also have videos of you snorkeling around the shipwrecks and turtles emailed to you after the tour. If you don't wish to snorkel or if not all travelers would like to participate in the snorkel that is okay as well. Admission to national parks not included, it is 15$USD for two tickets, meaning you only pay one time.

You’ll be guided through the rum making process from start to finish by our rum experts. Guests will be taught distilling techniques (old and new) used to create delicious rum. We’ll guide you through flavorings and recipe creation to make your own unique rum. You’ll also learn about the history or rum and it’s origins in the Caribbean before bottling your very own rum to take away.

After passing the North Sound area, the first stop is Stingray City Marine Park where you will spend 45m-1hr in the water with these incredible rays & other marine life. We continue to Green Island, for lunch on the beach. We then head south to the historic Nelson's Dockyard (we don’t get off the boat) where the Captain points out all the colonial structures & gives a short talk. The 2nd snorkeling session is at the Pillars of Hercules, a fantastic spot where the limestone boulders enter the water at the mouth of Nelson’s Dockyard, base of the Shirley Heights cliff. The last stop is at the magnificent Rendezvous Bay, a secluded beach on the south side of the island, where you can swim, snorkel or beach comb & enjoy our homemade delicious rum punch

Captain your own 11 foot 2 seater inflatable motorboat Reef Rider as you and your friend explore the beautiful west coast of Antigua out to the stunning Cades Reef. Put on your snorkel, mask and fins (provided) and dive into the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. Our boats are small enough to moor inside the reef lagoon to get you closer to the amazing marine life including stingrays, lobster, parrot-fish, surgeon-fish and wrasse, as well as the beautiful coral reef.
