This was recommended as one of the bets restaurants in Aruba and the reviews were not lying. This is ultimate foodie experience created by a a couple for 16 people each evening. Setenu with or without wine pairing, it is as close as you can get to gastronomical bliss. Very personal service, you make friends with the other patrons. Definitely worth it. This is my second time here with my husband and it’s a MUST when we come to Aruba. If you want to experience the art of food, this is the place to be. You can taste the chef’s passion for culinary art in every single bite. I highly recommend Royal! PS. The wine pairings are a must! We had a wonderful time at the Royal restaurant Aruba. This was not our first chefs table experience, but the layout of the kitchen and seating was different. Being so close you could watch chef Ashwin take great care as he plated each dish or as he finished cooking the main courses before plating. The atmosphere was welcoming and sparked conversation with other guests. The wine pairing and service by Crystal was great. My wife has several uncommon food allergies. The chef was accommodating and made minor changes to several dishes for her, explained those changes so she felt welcomed and safe to participate in the meal. This has been our best meal so far on the island and I highly recommend it.

This is my second time here with my husband and it’s a MUST when we come to Aruba. If you want to experience the art of food, this is the place to be. You can taste the chef’s passion for culinary art in every single bite. I highly recommend Royal! PS. The wine pairings are a must!

My wife and I came here for a Chefs Table January 2025. The hostess and chef were amazing, so friendly, Krystal and Chef Ashwin. The food was delicious. We had 5 courses plus an appetizer and palate cleanser. There are also two options for wine pairings. My wife was pregnant and they were very accommodating with dietary restrictions. There were guests who have been here multiple times. Worth checking out.

Without a doubt the best food experience I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend this enough. Chef Roy is the absolute best. We did the wine pairing (my wife the reserve, I did the basic) and both were outstanding - but paled in comparison to the food. There was not a single course that I could point to as being my favorite, all were incredible.
