The Journey Chef's Table Aruba

Amazing dining experience and excellent food! We enjoyed grouper, lobster with herb pasta, tenderloin with mushroom risotto, lamb with ratatouille, and strawberry mouse with tarragon ice cream. Throughout the meal, Chef Patrick invited guests to the counter to watch him plate and chat. I have nothing negative to say about our evening at The Journey. We will 100% be back here next time we visit Aruba.

We ended our trip here. What an incredible ending. To be able to eat Michelin star level food while hanging out with the chef was amazing. Each step of the journey is exquisitely planned to make your palate explore new tastes. The champagne and converstaoin then leads to the first few dishes that can be paired with a wine. During the intermission we are giving a drink to cleanse our palate and we end with the main course and dessert. Having a seat up close and watching the chef work and explain his process was priceless. We are grateful to have ended our trip here and we look forward to returning next time we are on the island. And we can't forget that Jeremy did a great job asisting chef.

What an amazing evening. Truly a special place that makes you feel you are in someone’s home. So much intention with every detail. The itinerary, decor, service, quality of food. I would recommend this experience to anyone traveling to Aruba for a special evening.

Chef Patrick, Jeremy and Ada provided an amazing experience! We were greeted outside with a glass of champagne where we mingled with other guests. Upon entering the restaurant, we had our own table however the atmosphere was intimate and we were able to see the courses being plated. Every course was incredible- the flavours , textures and presentation. We highly recommend this experience. Chef Patrick is incredibly funny, humble and approachable. The entire team was genuine and fun to engage with. Thank you for making our evening special!

The Journey restaurant is a hidden gem! The food was absolutely amazing, and Chef Patrick provided a unique personalized experience that made the meal even more special. I loved how Chef Patrick showed us how to plate the dishes and allowed us to get up close and personal with his masterpieces! The flavors were exquisite, and every dish was a piece of art. The owners, Chef Patrick and Ivette, were also great, and they made us feel like VIPs throughout the meal. The ambiance was cozy and intimate with a modern elegance vibe. I highly recommend The Journey restaurant to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable dining experience in Aruba.
