Joseph - Thank you for your warmth greeting & sorting out our seats which we really like. The lovely blonde gentleman who took our photo & stop by to clear our table. Thank you for taking time to serve us. Atmosphere It was not fully book which was perfect for us. It might because it is Tuesday. Beautiful view & setting!! Food Delicious, well presented & on time. Thanks Chef. Overall, we were very happy with the services, delicious food & the great atmosphere!!

The food was not hitting the mark more like a 3.5/5. The best thing we had was the lamb rib Entrée, then everything was so so from there. The slow cooked lamb shoulder looked like it came straight out of the slow cooker, no sear or colour. The saying you first eat with your eyes holds true. The flavour was actually decent though. The Salmon, overly salty, yes fermented soy has a salty profile but this was on the very salty end. The Salmon would have greatly benefited by searing the skin crispy 2.5/5. Decent view, the on tap espresso martini was surprisingly good for being on tap. The bibimbap was decent, but you can do better within walking distance.

I've left a review already directly with Boda but just adding another touch here to mention for everyone as it's definitely worth a try. Excellent Korean inspired restaurant in Auckland located in the Movenpick Hotel at the top floor. Superb food and great staff made the experience awesome! Dishes to try are the Korean Fried Chicken and the Grilled Wagyu Bavette Steak.

The food was delicious with plenty of variety to choose from. The service was quick and excellent, and the stunning view was worth every moment. This is definitely a place I’d return to for a special occasion perfect for making any celebration feel extra memorable.

This place sits atop the Mövenpick hotel, offering a modern Korean fusion food. The menu at Boda is creative with generous serving. Love their soft-shell crab sliders: crab was crispy and tangy. My favourite among all the dishes we tried was Jeyuk bokkeum- stir fried pork. Overall the food is plated attractively and served in hearty portions. Boda’s location is one of the biggest draw. The place has floor-to-ceiling windows on the 13th floor, so you really feel perched above the city. On one side you gaze across the harbour and on the other you see Auckland’s sky tower. The service was attentive and throughout the dining staff checked in on us. It is a memorable spot for Korean inspired dining in CBD. I wish could have tried their dessert menu but we were too full with main course. In conclusion, Boda delivers a modern Korean dining experience with stunning views.
