Thanks to the advice and teachings of my grandmothers, I’ve been able to recreate the same dish that I now want to share with you. You’ll learn all the steps and secrets to making an exquisite Mallorcan paella. Traditionally, we make it with fish and seafood, but we can also prepare a vegetarian or meat version, depending on your preferences.
