This was an outstanding meal and probably one of the best I've had in a long time. I've been fortunate enough to dine in some wonderful restaurants around the world and this ranks in the top few percent if my list. All of the dishes we were served, apart from the iced lolly, were great. They were full of exquisite flavours, which blended well. I give credit to the chefs for experimenting with things like the lolly, but that one didn't work for me. The crushing if the chocolate ball was a really interesting and tasty dish and the waiter was very attentive and patient as we washed our hands afterwards. The waiters were really good and their explanations of the dishes and how to eat them were really helpful. Their English was the best I came across in my 10 days in Columbia. The ambience and set up of the restaurant was really nice. Yes, this was expensive but for such an outstanding meal, it was well worth it. Would definitely come back if I ever return to Bogota.

This was such an awesome place! The food was amazing, I felt like I was sitting in the Jungle, and the service was wonderful! The experience is SO COOL! Lots of first times during dinner throughout the experience. I was laughing, super impressed, and stuffed by the end of the experience! If you are thinking of eating here... DO IT! You'll have 0 regrets and a memory that will stay with you forever :)

A unique experience is offered at this very high end restaurant in chapinero. Enjoyed the whole evening and they served us so many different and exciting dishes. It will set you back a couple of hundred $ but will be enjoyable. Happy to se this kind of restaurants in Bogota and that they have trained staff able to offer top service, good job!

We were a little bit disappointed because we have been the same week at LEO and El Chato. The food was good but nowhere near the other restaurants. The desserts were dissapointing tastewise. The special effects were really cool. But what was really not good was the service. There was nowhere a chef de service, and the servicepersonal was not trained. First one guy came to our table and introdusced himself that he is responsable for our table, afterwards nowhere been seen. Our service was not competent, we ordered a very good expensive wine and she didnt find it or was confused. Then they forgot to poor wine and water into our empty glasses so we had to do it ourself, also when one person finished his plate they took it away while the others were still eating. In the toilet the soap dispenser was dirty and you had to look around hatd to find a trashbin ( which was broken btw) to put your towel in. To get better ratings they need serious training and also elevate a little bit the food because just with special effects you cant lift it out

The Experience was the best food journey and story I have had. The service was superb. I highly recommend El Cielo. I cannot describe how amazing everything was, but the photos and video speak for themselves. My hat off to the chef.
