Amazing food from the beginning to the end! They bring a new flavor to Japanese cuisine. I really recommend to take maki. The staff is also very good in doing recommendations especially if you have a food allergy or so. This place is awesome, the food was great and the service impecable. Definitely one of the best restaurants in the city—top-notch Japanese-Peruvian cuisine, with excellent quality and freshness in every dish. I highly recommend the nigiris, tiraditos, and makis. It's the perfect place for dinner and drinks. Expect to spend around $70–80 USD per person, which is still accessible for locals and great value for visitors (it’s hard to eat this well for that price in other Latin American cities) unless you are going to Lima.
