If u want to get it all in one place, this is the spot. Terrace seating, upstairs open garden Rooftop, private room with A/c for 8ppl and their speakeasy is simply.... i mean, u get the idea. Menu, is outstanding. Not huge but a great variety of dishes. farm to to table. Burgers, vegeterian, pastas, gluten free, brunch, mexican....mixology. Dude. By far one the best hidden spots in Cabo. Music is super chill. Loose yourself of the concrete jungle into a bliss of flavors and atmosphere. Cool for dates, anniversaries and even bachorlette gatherings. I walked in so its cool but the second time around it was kinda busy so recommend a reservation specifically for a larger group. Very cool staff all around, Arturo, Fernando, Julio, Julie is super Nice and Bryan can help u with anything as their Experience Manager. Go check out. One of the best meals that we can remember. We sat in a beautiful private room. Amazing cocktails to begin. Incredible table side prepared Caesar Salad. Sandy and I shared a wonderful (21 oz) Braised Short Rib. Marissa had delicious Deep Fried Avocado Tacos Alecia enjoyed a fantastic Burrata. Churros with Chocolate Sauce to share. Mexican Flan thank you plate. We couldn’t recommend this restaurant more than any other I can think of. If you’re ever in Cabo San Lucas you absolutely must come to the Outpost for dinner. The food and service were top notch. A most memorable dining experience!

Outpost Cabo was absolutely stunning, with a chic and vibrant atmosphere that made the entire dining experience feel special and elevated. The space is beautifully designed—perfect for a relaxed yet stylish evening out. The food was excellent, with plenty of thoughtful vegetarian options that didn’t feel like an afterthought. The tacos were a creative standout—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. Every dish we tried had bold flavors and great attention to detail. While service was warm and friendly, the food did take a bit longer to arrive than expected. That said, the ambiance and quality of the dishes more than made up for it. If you’re in Cabo and looking for a spot with great vibes and delicious vegetarian-friendly fare, Outpost is absolutely worth a visit.

Holy cow! This place smokes. I had the short rib tacos and they were excellent. Alberto was the coolest server and that made the experience even better. The flight of margaritas was another great recommendation from our server. We loved all three margaritas and will be back as soon as possible.
