⸻ My recent experience with this establishment left me genuinely disappointed, particularly due to the level of customer service I received. Unfortunately, the interactions I had with the staff were far from professional, and the overall approach to dealing with customers felt careless and dismissive. As someone who appreciates respectful communication and attentive service, I found this attitude not only unpleasant but also discouraging enough to make me reconsider returning in the future. Good customer service is fundamental to any successful business, and when it’s lacking, it becomes difficult for guests to feel valued or welcomed. What made the situation even more unfortunate is that the restaurant itself has potential. With the rich culinary traditions of Morocco, expectations naturally run high—especially in a city like Casablanca, where incredible food is easy to find. Casa is home to countless wonderful restaurants that offer authentic Moroccan dishes prepared with passion and served with genuine hospitality. Many of these places provide warm atmospheres, delicious meals, and staff who truly understand the importance of treating guests with kindness and professionalism. Because of this, the contrast at this particular establishment was striking. In a place where great food and excellent service should go hand in hand, the lack of professionalism overshadowed everything else. I sincerely hope the management takes steps to address and improve the quality of their customer service. With better training and a stronger commitment to guest satisfaction, they could easily elevate the overall dining experience and stand out among Casablanca’s vibrant culinary scene. However, based on my recent experience, I will likely explore other restaurants in the city that consistently deliver both great food and a welcoming environment.

Dar Dada offers an excellent dining experience in Casablanca. The food was truly outstanding — flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The service was also very pleasant, with attentive and friendly staff who made the evening enjoyable. It was slightly on the loud side, which may not suit everyone, but overall the lively atmosphere added to the charm. A very nice experience and definitely worth visiting.

Had higher expectations of Dar Dada. The food good but not distinctive considering the restaurant’s supposedly excellent stance in Casablanca. For the type of food we had, the quality is average - It is pricey for what it’s worth! Nevertheless, the ambience was great surrounded by the lavish Moroccan architectural style of the place. We did enjoy ourselves and the excellent music played. Will we come again? Sadly, the answer is no.

I’m in love with the decor and the architecture of the restaurant. While the food didn’t quite impress me in terms of taste, the overall experience was great thanks to the beautiful ambiance and design. I enjoyed the dessert a lot! The place is clean and comfortable, and the staff were attentive and friendly. We were there for lunch therefore, wasn’t crowded at all.

One of the best places in Casablanca to truly experience Moroccan food and culture. The beautifully authentic décor and design, paired with live music and entertainment, create an unforgettable atmosphere. The menu offers a wide range of delicious dishes, each full of flavor and tradition. Dining here felt like a complete cultural experience—I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Casablanca.
