This establishment offers a refined dining experience with a strong Mediterranean and French influence, specializing in exquisite seafood dishes. Perched with a beautiful view of the sea, it provides a memorable backdrop, particularly as the sun sets. The entrance was beautifully designed, but my friend found the atmosphere too dark. I didn't mind, as it made the meal more cozy and intimate. BUT we noticed that older people had a lot of trouble reading the menu. The food was delicious, but you pay for that. The younger staff definitely provided better service than the older ones. All in all, it's a good place to visit—plus you can admire the sunset. And as the name suggests, there's a beautiful view of the sea. Make sure to go before sunset so you can have the place less crowded and enjoy it. The view is speechless, no words to explain. Service and food were spectacular. Every item we ordered was delicious. Hummus had fried peas on them and it was so crunchy. Guacamole and nacho chips is a must order! Very fresh and server comes and does the guacamole in front of you. Very nice presentation We ordered from the bar menu Potato Bravas and the chicken sliders (small burgers). Food was sub par. The bread tasted stale and chewy the sauce was tasteless and the chicken in the sliders were small and dry. The potatoes Bravas were nice and crispy and had a decent sauce but needs seasoning. The drinks were disappointing. Attaching photos we ordered 2 signature cocktails The Essence of Time and the Smoky Gold Sky. While they both tasted nice it was so far from what was advertised on the menu, it felt like I was getting scammed. The staff were attentive sat us promptly moved us to a preferred table and were great at their job. That's why the 3 stars plus the view. Given the let down of the food and drinks though I must question if the owner is cutting corners and using the location and view to their advantage to serve up substandard fare. Or has the bartender and chef checked out while the servers do their best to keep patrons happy. Either way disappointing.

If you are visiting Casablanca, this is an essential dining experience and not to be missed. From the very intriguing jungle trail entrance to the sublime interior mixing a calm but sophisticated Japanese and Scandinavian influenced design, culminating in the breathtaking ocean views, this all just sets the stage for an exceptional gastronomic experience. The warm, attentive and professional service is only surpassed by the delicious appetizers and mains, each mouthwatering in their own right. Our only regret was not ordering dessert as our appetites had been satisfied completely and a long road trip to Rabat necessitated an end to this outstanding 90 minute, 5 star experience.

I went to Cabestan Restaurant, and while the place itself is beautiful and classy, the service was extremely disappointing. Even the security guards at the entrance, especially the Moroccan guy, treat locals with disrespect while being very nice to foreigners. This isn’t the first time it happens even though I had a confirmed reservation, he still spoke to me in a very rude way. In short, Cabestan is an elegant and lovely restaurant, but you really need to improve the service. The staff there make the experience worse than the place deserves
