From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel like I was among family. The atmosphere is simply stunning, with a beautiful pond view featuring majestic black swans and vibrant Koi fish swimming outside the window - it was like dining in a serene oasis! Now, let's talk about the food - OH MY, IT'S AMAZING! The variety is mind-boggling! They have everything from authentic Japanese sushi and ramen, flavorful sriracha Lankan curries, juicy Western steaks, mouth-watering pizzas, rich Indian curries, and so much more! It's a culinary journey around the world, all under one roof! And then, there's the dessert corner... _chef's kiss_ It's like they've taken all the decadent treats from your dreams and put them on display! I'm talking cakes, pastries, chocolates, and more - it's a sweet tooth's paradise! The drinks are ALL INCLUDED! Yes, you read that right - juice, soft drinks, and more - all complimentary! It's like they're saying, "Hey, indulge, you've earned it!" But wait, there's more! If you're celebrating a special occasion like a birthday, GET READY TO BE WOOED! The team at Hilton Buffet goes ALL OUT to make your day unforgettable. I was treated to an incredible celebration, complete with a guitarist, a beautiful backdrop, and the ENTIRE staff singing a heartfelt rendition of the birthday song (the guests joined in too, it was adorable!). And to top it all off, they gifted me a delicious birthday cake, ON THE HOUSE! The service? Unparalleled. The staff are attentive, caring, and treat you with love and passion. You'll feel like you're home, surrounded by people who genuinely want to make your day special. If you're looking for a truly exceptional dining experience, look no further than Hilton Buffet. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could!

I visited Graze Kitchen for the morning buffet and it was an amazing experience. The food variety, freshness, and presentation were on another level. Every station had something unique and everything I tried tasted delicious. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel special. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and perfect for starting the day with a peaceful meal. Definitely one of the best breakfast buffets in Colombo. Worth every rupee.... highly recommended!

The food was really good, with a great variety of options to choose from. The Japanese selection was the absolute best, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was exceptional, and I want to give special appreciation to Dulanjana and Natasha for providing the best service ever. They truly made the experience outstanding.

⭐ Rating: 4/5 Visited Graze Kitchen (November 2025) at Hilton Colombo for their weekday lunch buffet. The place was packed, mostly with people from formal and corporate backgrounds — so it’s definitely best to make a reservation in advance. The buffet offered a decent variety of dishes for the price (around 7,000 LKR). Taste-wise, nothing was disappointing — everything was well-prepared and flavorful. 💡 Tip: Don’t skip the coffee at the end — a good cuppa really helps melt all that delicious food away.

We tried the weekday dinner buffet at Graze Kitchen, Hilton Colombo, to celebrate my mother’s and father-in-law’s birthdays. We were a group of 8, and I had emailed the team in advance to let them know about the celebration. They kindly replied saying that two complimentary cakes would be arranged, which we thought was a lovely gesture. However, on the night, they only brought out one cake at first. This felt a little uncomfortable as it overlooked one of the birthdays. Once I mentioned it again, they did bring out the second cake, which we appreciated, but it would have been much nicer if it had been handled smoothly without having to remind them. The food overall was good, though the buffet didn’t have as wide a variety as we expected for a Hilton dinner spread. There were sections for Indian, Chinese, and Sri Lankan cuisine, along with a few pasta and pizza options. The Japanese section was a little disappointing — to my surprise, there were no dumplings, and the sushi corner was quite small with only a limited variety. On the other hand, the dessert spread was excellent, with a generous range of sweets that everyone really enjoyed. Service throughout the evening was generally very good. Most of the staff were polite, attentive, and helpful, which made the evening pleasant. The only downside was that towards the end of the night, one waiter came across as a bit rude, which slightly took away from an otherwise smooth service experience. ✨ Overall, Graze Kitchen is a nice spot for a celebration. The food was good, the desserts were impressive, and the service was mostly commendable, but a greater variety of dishes and more attention to detail in handling special requests would make the experience truly exceptional.
