Buffet always good with lots of options. Was lots of fun over Christmas with lots of decorations. Buffet has signage for dietaries however after talking with a chef these are not always accurate - please work on this and label all dishes. Chefs are extremely helpful for dietaries such as gluten free and will take you around the buffet and also make a dish if there are not enough options for you. Anshu was the highlight of our experience here at the poolside. Her professionalism and expert knowledge was obvious from the get go. She is an exceptional member of staff and her warm and gentle welcoming natures is so welcoming. She made us feel so at home and she was always there for all our needs , she is a credit to her workplace and herself , she deserves a promotion and the highest regard for her service and care to everyone ! I stayed here about five years ago and loved the food (part of the reason I booked again)—back then it was fresh, varied, and full of flavour. This time was disappointing. They now only offer buffets for breakfas and dinner, which is always lukewarm at best. The selection felt very Americanised, lacking the local flavours and variety I was hoping for. Sadly, it’s lost the charm it once had.

Anshu was the highlight of our experience here at the poolside. Her professionalism and expert knowledge was obvious from the get go. She is an exceptional member of staff and her warm and gentle welcoming natures is so welcoming. She made us feel so at home and she was always there for all our needs , she is a credit to her workplace and herself , she deserves a promotion and the highest regard for her service and care to everyone !

I stayed here about five years ago and loved the food (part of the reason I booked again)—back then it was fresh, varied, and full of flavour. This time was disappointing. They now only offer buffets for breakfas and dinner, which is always lukewarm at best. The selection felt very Americanised, lacking the local flavours and variety I was hoping for. Sadly, it’s lost the charm it once had.

We had anshu for our service by the pool and she was phenomenal, I would happily say she gave us exceptional service and was so attentive to our needs while we sat by the pool, it was the highlight of our holiday
