It is also free-flowing, meaning that the water levels change throughout the season, offering a variety of experiences. In addition to world-class rafting, it is also the home of the 1859 Gold Rush. Gold is still found in the creek by intrepid miners using pans and dredges. Guests will pass many sites of historical significance related to the Gold Rush while rafting on Clear Creek. Clear Creek is also conveniently located nearby Denver and other surrounding resorts, making it the perfect day-trip excursion.

We make things easy for you by taking you to a beautiful trail that wouldn't be easy to find on your own, and we'll make sure you have a stress-free time, enjoying the natural beauty of the Rocky Mountains. We'll hike for 1.5-2 hours in the Rocky Mountains while the sun sets. We'll see pretty views, probably see some wildlife, take a few snack and water breaks, learn about the wildflowers and trees, make new friends, get some exercise and breathe in the fresh mountain air! In the winter months, we'll provide "Yak Traks" that you put on your shoes to improve the traction on ice and snow. The hike will be easy to easy for people in good physical shape, but it can be very challenging for people who do not exercise regularly and are not used to altitude. The elevation will be somewhere between 6,000 and 8,000 ft. Min group size is 2 hikers.
