We'll hike for 1.5-2 hours in the Rocky Mountains while the sun sets. We'll see pretty views, probably see some wildlife, take a few snack and water breaks, learn about the wildflowers and trees, make new friends, get some exercise and breathe in the fresh mountain air! In the winter months, we'll provide "Yak Traks" that you put on your shoes to improve the traction on ice and snow. The hike will be easy to easy for people in good physical shape, but it can be very challenging for people who do not exercise regularly and are not used to altitude. Once we arrive at the trail we will hike approximately 5k round trip. During the hike you will learn about nature, hiking, and take so many amazing photos you won’t know which one to post first. After the hike we will return to the cafe in Denver. I can provide transportation from the cafe to the hiking trail and back to the cafe upon request. This is a nice hike thats not far from Denver or difficult to hike. It takes less then an hour to get there and is about 30 minutes up to the lake. You can walk around the lake to where the glacier and cascades are and take in some amazing views before heading down and back to Denver. The whole trip can take less then 4 hours and well worth it.
