I was so impressed with this restaurant I WENT twice. First time I had half cauliflower which was over the top delicious. So many flavors in every bite. The next day I came back for a business lunch. I had the eggplant along with a brisket sandwich to die for and date dessert. Service was impeccable and the food is truly an experience. I want to say a special Thank you and acknowledgment to Dareen the manager. I couldn’t believe you remembered me. You were incredibly kind and your staff are brilliant.

Wow! I knew I was going to enjoy Baron, but I left the restaurant beyond pleased and surprised. Creative dishes made with extra attention to details and flavor combinations. Great vibes and decently priced menu. Even though we tried 7 dishes, i would’ve loved to order more as the menu choices seemed so delicious and thoughtfully created. The absolute highlight of our meal was the DATES. That dish can frankly be one of the best dishes I ever tasted. Halloumi was also great and full of flavor. Shish Barak is fried and tasted almost like kibbeh which is a cool creative change. Fattoush Salad was also outstanding and made with such subtle additions of creativity and layering. Brisket Bao was different than the rest as it didn’t have the MENA flavor profile and still was quite delicious. For me two dishes were not on par with the rest which are the Cauliflower - which had a great sauce but the cauliflower itself could be better spiced - and the Gnocchi that was one-note compared to the rest of the menu. Must try in Doha, and the DATES dish is the best. I would love to come back here and literally try all the remaining dishes.

Cozy place offering superb service and nice ambiance. The staff are super friendly. The food ( appetizer and main ) all tasted really good. The portions are good as well. Slightly overpriced.

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Baron and was blown away by the experience. The food was nothing short of sensational – every dish was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and generously portioned. We started with the whipped chickpea hummus with carrots, harissa, feta, and khubz, which was creamy and vibrant, followed by the spiced roasted cauliflower with yoghurt, tahini, walnut salsa, pomegranate, and rose petals – a true standout both in taste and presentation. The spiced chicken dumplings (momos) with tomato harissa sauce, crisp shallot, and chatta were packed with flavor, while the brisket bao with octo sauce, spring onion chutney, hoisin, kewpie, house pickles, peanuts, and herbs was rich, satisfying, and perfectly balanced. To finish, the “Date” steamed cake with tahini ice cream and salted caramel was the perfect sweet ending – indulgent yet refined. The business lunch menu was excellent value for money, especially at a Michelin-level restaurant, and the portion sizes were impressively generous for starters and mains alike. Overall, Baron is a place I’ll 100% be returning to – not just for the outstanding food, but also for the warm atmosphere and impeccable execution. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a dining experience that combines creativity, quality, and exceptional value.

I ordered the Bao Brisket and a Limonata. The brisket sandwich was delicious, but the Limonata wasn’t enjoyable — it lacked flavor and tasted almost like soda water. I did enjoy the complimentary bread, though I would have preferred it a little less toasted. Service was welcoming and friendly, and I really loved the cozy ambience.
