Catch was exceptional!! The service was outstanding, staff were attentive, genuine, and incredibly thoughtful. We were so well taken care of from start to finish. Every dish was absolutely sensational, beautifully presented and full of flavour. We will definitely be back as there were too many amazing dishes to choose from. Highly recommend!

We dined at Catch Restaurant, the Radisson Collection Resort’s signature seafood venue, on a Sunday night as a party of seven. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and promptly seated, setting the tone for an exceptional evening. The restaurant itself is elegant yet relaxing, with a bright, inviting ambiance and stunning ocean views. Specializing in the freshest seafood from the Indian Ocean, Catch offers guests the opportunity to select from fresh seafood options and choose from a variety of global cooking styles. We ordered a spread that showcased the chef’s skill: Hot Butter Cuttlefish – perfectly crisp and flavorful. Green Salad with Avocado – fresh, vibrant, and well-balanced. Grilled Prawns – served with both lemon butter and garlic butter sauces, cooked to perfection. Modha Fish Cubes in Red Curry Sauce – rich, aromatic, and full of depth. Seafood Fried Rice – generous with seafood and beautifully seasoned. Desserts – the Ginger and Honey Crunch Cheesecake and the Five Spices Chocolate Cake with Mango Sorbet were both outstanding finales to the meal. Every dish was executed flawlessly, with top-notch service throughout. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, and the pacing of the meal was just right. Expect to spend around LKR 10,000 per person (inclusive of service charge and taxes), which we found excellent value given the quality of food, presentation, and service. Whether you dine indoors or on the breezy outdoor terrace, Catch Restaurant delivers a refined yet relaxed dining experience, perfect for anyone wanting to savor premium seafood in a stunning setting.
