On this tour we will visit the Bruny Island Cheese Co, Get Shucked (oysters), Bruny Island Chocolate Factory, The Honey Pot, Bruny Island Premium Wines and the House of Whiskey. We will visit the Bruny Baker Fridge, climb the steps to Truganini Lookout and enjoy breathtaking 360-degree views of the landscape (optional). If we are lucky, we may even spot famous white wallabies which are native to the island and one of the only places in Australia where you'll have a good chance of seeing one. This full day tour includes wine, whisky, oyster, cheese and honey tastings and a whole lot of amazing scenery and amazing stops in a small intimate group of a maximum of 6.

This walking tour explores the highlights of the magical Tasman Peninsula over three fantastic days of walking and sightseeing. This itinerary is a slightly abridged version of our four day summer tour, and incorporates some of Tasmania's most spectacular scenery. Enjoy towering clifftops, marvel at amazing rock formations, and explore the spectacular Tasman Peninsula. This is a moderate to hard walk with rocky surfaces, steps and climbs to navigate so come prepared with your favourite walking shoes and poles.

Cradle Mountain is always a rewarding Tasmanian photography tour. Highlights of this 3 day workshop include two sunsets and two sunrises at Dove Lake; wildlife, including Tasmanian Devils up close at the Devils@Cradle park. You will also shoot rustic mountain huts including Waldheim Chalet and the picture perfect boat shed on Dove Lake. There are many beautiful rivers and waterfalls deep in the myrtle and king billy rainforest, and you will spend your days immersed in this ancient environment. If conditions allow we will do a night session at Dove Lake. Additionally, the stunning Liffey Falls is an optional inclusion on the way to or from Cradle Mountain.

This full day lets you explore the best of both. Begin the day by sailing from Hobart to Mona on one of our super-flash fast ferries. On arrival, you can explore the museum and grounds until it’s time for lunch at The Source Restaurant—a temple to wine and long the culinary home of Moorilla—for a two-course lunch of delicious fresh, locally sourced produce and a matched Moorilla wine. After lunch, you’ll indulge in the Moorilla Deep Dive, a small group tour of the winery, before heading to the underground tasting room for a comprehensive tasting of the Moorilla range. After that, the afternoon is yours to spend as you like. You’ll return to Hobart on the 5pm ferry, full to the brim with wine and art.
