The crispy chicken bites were cold and very hard to even cut by knife. Both beef and chicken burger were below average with barely any taste. The bun was the only good part of the burger. It took forever to be served and the place was packed with long queue to wash our hands. The beef cheese burger here was one of the best I’ve ever had — juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very professional. The atmosphere was great, but make sure to book a reservation in advance, as the place can get busy. Definitely worth the visit! At first, I didn’t know why this hamburger was so famous in Interlaken. However, once I went there based on the popularity, I understood why it was so popular. The raclette cheese hamburger was definitely better than I expected. It took about an hour to get in, but the quality and satisfaction were worth it. The staff were friendly. There was a constant stream of customers. It's no wonder it's so popular. I recommend to make a reservation in advance. It was a memorable trip to Switzerland.

Wow! What an amazing experience! The crispy chicken burger 🍔 was bursting with flavor and so unique, and the beef burger was awesome too. The staff were incredibly friendly and made the visit even better. Super easy location to reach 100% recommend this place!👌 Note you need to get a reservation before you go ..
