If you are traveling from the Northern, you may take High Speed Rail(HSR) to Kaohsiung Zuoying station, or if you are already in Kaohsiung, take Taiwan Rail to Pingtung Fangliao station, I will pick you up at Fangliao station. The Fangliao meet up time is 9:20am. You may take train#3053@7:43am (Zuoying station) or 7:53am(Kaohsiung city Station), arrive Fangliao at 9:07am.
