We ordered the Overload lobster roll, and it’s hands down the best lobster roll in Key West. We’ve tried others on the island—nothing compares. The lobster is from Maine and never frozen, and you can taste the difference. Sweet, tender, and generously packed into every bite. Simple, classic, and done right. We also had the pleasure of meeting John, the manager, who was welcoming and clearly passionate about the quality they deliver. Great food, great people, and a place that truly lives up to the hype. If you’re looking for an authentic lobster roll in Key West, this is a must-stop.

The staff here is super friendly and the service is excellent—definitely makes you feel welcome. The lobster roll was tasty, but I felt like it could’ve used a bit more meat compared to other spots I’ve tried. The clam chowder was solid and comforting. Overall, it’s a good experience, but for me it didn’t quite stand out among the many great seafood options in Key West.

We go here frequently and always order the Lobster Roll hot with butter instead of the cold one. Pro tip, they don’t advertise this one, but it is soooooooooo good!!! Every bite of this lobster roll has Maine Lobster all up in it! No need to get the bigger portion as the normal portion is a generous portion. We also ordered the fried conch over a bed of fries. It’s served with a sweat chili glaze and was great! My wife and I shared both servings and it was enough for us to leave satisfied without feeling stuffed.

This restaurant was a great find. My family ordered two lobster rolls and the fried seashells with fries. The food only took about 5-10 minutes to come out, and the decorations were fun and colorful. Cashier was friendly and customers were too. The lobster rolls were soft and delicious, while the seashells were warm and filling. The fries were crispy, and we enjoyed the food. Definitely recommend coming here, as the food is delicious.
