The seating area is lovely — airy, relaxed, and set up in a way that makes you want to actually sit down and stay awhile, not just rush through a meal. The crispy chicken burger was the kind of thing that hits the spot without trying too hard. Perfect crunch on the outside, juicy on the inside, and stacked just right so you don’t end up fighting your food. It’s simple, but done properly — and that’s what makes it great. And then there’s the red velvet cake which is just divine. Definitely recommend. The establishment offers an exceptional dining experience. The steak, complemented by the Thousand Island sauce, is particularly noteworthy.

CJ’s is one of those places that instantly makes you feel comfortable. The seating area is lovely — airy, relaxed, and set up in a way that makes you want to actually sit down and stay awhile, not just rush through a meal. The crispy chicken burger was the kind of thing that hits the spot without trying too hard. Perfect crunch on the outside, juicy on the inside, and stacked just right so you don’t end up fighting your food. It’s simple, but done properly — and that’s what makes it great. And then there’s the red velvet cake which is just divine. Definitely recommend.

Being their first outlet in Mombasa, we decided to check them out and they surely impressed us. Their food was so delicious as always and the portions huge. Their crew were so friendly and they surely enjoyed working there. The place is well decorated and the ambience so nice. Should be definitely among your favourite restaurant in Mombasa.
