He has been coming to the Hunter Valley since the mid-eighties to visit cellar doors and attend wine functions. We are currently the only meadery in the Hunter Region. There are less than 30 meaderies in all of Australia, with only a fraction of them having cellar doors for tastings. There are few opportunities to taste mead while being guided by the mead maker.
