From the moment we stepped into Firebird, the aroma of the wood-fired kitchen set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. Every dish delivered on that promise — bold, flavorful, and impeccably executed. - The burger? A masterclass in simplicity and precision. - The Hot Honey Chicken? Bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. - The Tuna Salad? Dressed with care and absolutely divine — a true standout. Service was just as impressive. Aiden made us feel genuinely welcome, adding to the overall excellence of the evening. Thank you, Firebird, for reigniting our culinary optimism in downtown Orlando. We’ll be back — and we’ll be bringing friends.

First time trying this place. I had the salad and this mint drink (no alcohol) the drink was one of the best mint drinks I've ever had!!! The salad was good.. a bit too much dressing for my taste but it was good overall. It had shrimps and they were really good. I asked for a cilantro vinaigrette but it came with a raspberry vinaigrette, no biggie, still paired good. Service was great!!

Everything was excellent. We started with the chimichurri shrimp which had a delightful lime and goat cheese dressing. The salads were very good. The garlic dressing was very good. The bread was nice and hot and had a nice light texture. We got the 3 course dinners, which was a very good deal and included salad or soup, dinner and dessert. We got the steak and the shrimp and salmon. Both had fresh vegetables. The salmon had rice and the steak had garlic mashed potatoes. For dessert we had the creme burger cheesecake and brownie and ice cream drizzled with hot fudge and butterscotch. Our server Christian was very nice and the manager seemed genuinely concerned about the customers needs. There is a huge menu and we are already planning our next meal when we come back to Orlando.

We were originally looking for any sit-down place downtown and ended up at Firebirds. The atmosphere is elegant and timeless in sharp contrast to other trendier restaurants nearby we saw. Worth the trade for easy parking, immediate seating, comfortable big booths and a spacious dining room. The food was great! You can really taste that signature grill flavor in the meats. It’s a true scratch kitchen, and you can feel the homemade quality in every bite. But the real highlight was the service. While everyone we met was kind and attentive, our server (here pictured) delivered some of the best service I’ve experienced in a long time - great recommendations, quick, and even took the time to speak Spanish with my mother, explaining dishes in detail. Honestly super surprising ! A wonderful experience from start to finish. Even got me curious about their catering menu, which is surprisingly on the more affordable side. Def will be coming here again :)

Today we went to Firebirds where our server Alex and the general manager made our wedding day even more special. The food was great, and the attentiveness and amazing service that Alex gave was top notch. The general manager gave us a discount because of us getting married. They both made us feel so very special. Hr atmospeher is second to none. Thank you both so much.
