TL:DR - Ice-cold beer, good food, easy vibe. I’m a foreigner that lived in the Philippines for years, and came back for a visit- and Guni Guni Bistro hit the spot. The chicken with gravy was cooked well and tasted great. Music’s on point, the room is well lit, and there are fans everywhere so you’re comfortable even on a warm night. The menu is broad enough that locals and visitors can both find something they actually want, prices are reasonable, and they take cards as well as cash. The headline here is the beer: genuinely ice cold, which is surprisingly hard to find in Puerto Princesa. Staff were friendly and efficient, and they even charged my phone for me. We came here twice, and on both occasions there was something wrong with our order. The first time, the order was wrong; the second time, something was missing. Both times, the waiters seemed inattentive. But apart from that, the food was tasty and not pricey.
