Absolutely outstanding. We were in town for one night before a cruise and decided on Rafaello’s because it was within walking distance of our hotel and had received good reviews online. It actually exceeded my expectations. I ordered the lasagna, which was enormous and had great flavor. My wife ordered the chicken parm, which came with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables. Everything was delicious. The meals included bread, salads and a surprise complimentary appetizer of marinated peppers and bruschetta. Service was excellent. Ambiance was perfect for an Italian restaurant. Prices were surprisingly affordable given the quality and quantity of food. I’m blown away. If I lived nearby it would be my go-to restaurant for Italian food. Even met the owners and family. Treated us to spumoni for dessert. I’m not used to restaurants exceeding my expectations. This one did. Great job Rafaello’s!!!

A gem in San Pedro. This was a delightful surprise, the atmosphere was very nice, the service was great and the food amazing! Both dishes were flavorful; the shrimp were perfectly cooked-very tender and delicate; the chicken in the Marsala was cut-with-a-fork tender and juicy. The accompanying mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables were an added bonus. The cabbage in the mixed vegetables was superb! If you’re ever in the area you have to stop in-it will not disappoint!

A very calm and relaxing location. We had business lunch meeting here 2 days ago. From the service to the food, everything was wonderful. My business friend is kind of an old friend of the place so everyone knows him in the restaurant. We kind of gotten extra attention I guess. But overall I fell this place is very authentic and the restaurant has been around for so many years, you can feel the employees probably been around so many years as well. Great place! I thank my friend for taking me here.

We will definitely be back. The service here is spectacular. All the staff are hardworking and have really good energy. The portion size here is no joke. We got the lobster ravioli and vongole. Both dishes were amazing. We have tasted many vongoles in LA, and this place is #1 so far. The lobster ravioli sauce was so rich and creamy, and the ravioli had real chunky lobster meat inside. They also give you a salad with your meal, and some appetizers + bread on the house. I'm so glad we came here!

San Pedro stable. Portions are large more like family style. Their soup is always fresh and delicious. The salad complimenting the entrees is nice. A majority of the dishes especially the pasta are great. Their seafood dish isn't the best though. Their mash potato is unique and interesting.
