We came in for a quick meal and were impressed across the board: super fresh Thai flavors, fast service, and a fun, bright, modern space (great vibes inside). The Pak Mor specialties lived up to the hype—light, flavorful, and really unique compared to the usual Thai menu you see everywhere. I ordered the Pakmor Salad Bowl (note: contains peanuts) and it was awesome—fresh herbs, crunchy veggies, and a really clean, balanced flavor with a great dipping sauce on the side. Portions felt solid for the price, and everything tasted like it was made with care. If you’re downtown and want something that feels a little different (but still comfort-food level satisfying), this place is absolutely worth it. We’ll be back to try more of the homemade noodles and dumplings.

If you are hunting for true culinary excellence in Seattle’s Chinatown-International District, you absolutely must make a stop at E-Jae Pak Mor. This isn't just a restaurant; it's a destination for some of the most delicate and satisfying Southeast Asian comfort food you will ever taste. It instantly shot to the top of my "must-visit" list. The Star of the Show: Pak Mor The namesake dish, the Pak Mor (often served as soup or dry noodles with steamed rice noodle dumplings), is pure magic. The rice noodle skins are so incredibly thin, silky, and tender that they practically melt in your mouth, surrounding perfectly seasoned pork filling. It’s a texture experience that sets this place apart from every other noodle shop in the city. The broth itself is savory, clean, and deep in flavor—the definition of soul-warming. More Than Just Noodles Beyond the Pak Mor, don't skip the Khao Piak Sen. These thick, chewy tapioca noodles in a fragrant, hearty chicken broth are the ultimate remedy for a chilly Seattle day. Every dish here tastes authentic and made with meticulous care. We also tried the crispy Jian Dui (sesame balls), which were perfectly chewy inside and golden crisp outside. Ambiance and Service The atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, and bustling—a true reflection of the neighborhood's heart. Despite being busy, the service was fast, friendly, and genuinely attentive. The staff clearly takes pride in what they serve, and it makes the entire dining experience feel personal and special. The Verdict E-Jae Pak Mor earns every one of its five stars. It's a true hidden gem providing top-tier food at reasonable prices. If you appreciate authentic, expertly executed Southeast Asian cuisine, stop reading and start driving. I'm already planning my next trip back to get another bowl of that incomparable Pak Mor!

We were hoping to find a great place to eat in Chinatown while visiting, it is difficult to choose given the amount of options there are. This place had an “A” rating for cleanliness so that’s a start. Not your classic hole-in-the-wall type of Chinese restaurant, this was a modernized restaurant with an American flare. You order at the counter and you’re given a number and the food is brought to you. The servers were friendly. There is a pitcher of water you can fill up for yourself and serve yourself desired condiments. The portion sizes were big, we all had leftovers. My brother ordered a ramen bowl which made me wish I ordered that. It was flavorful and full of food. I ordered the Pak Mor Yuan, season pork wrapped in steamed noodles. It was pretty bland to my disappointment, and the steamed noodles gave it a weird chewy texture, but I am glad I tried something different. My mother ordered the Pak Mor Rab Rae which had the same seasoned pork mixture as mine but a bit different.

Beautiful restaurant, and PERFECT thai food!! We had their pak mor noodle soup per the chef/owner rec and their khao saoi noodle bowl. Literally soooo smacking. Chef was super super welcoming and very friendly. We will have to come back and slowly try everything on the menu :)

Tried the Chicken Pakmor Salad Bowl and it was seriously delicious. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, and the bowl was loaded with fresh herbs, crunchy veggies, rice noodles, and a bright, tangy dressing that tied everything together. The little cup of sauce on the side was clutch—perfect to dial in the flavor exactly how you want it. Portion size felt generous, everything tasted fresh, and the spot has a fun, clean, modern vibe for a quick lunch. Heads up: it contains peanuts, so keep that in mind if you have allergies. I’m coming back to try more of the menu.
