For lunch, we don't want you to eat a sandwich while walking on the street. We choosed a traditional restaurant. We will be sitting at the table together. I welcome to the cellar, where we'll start tasting our wines. We'll watch a video explaining how Alsace wines are made. I'll then take you on a tour of the family cellar, which dates back to 1850, to see the hundred-year-old oak barrels we still use to make our wines. We have a scenographic area in the cellar with an immersive 180° video projected onto the barrels - the only one of its kind in France. This film is not a remake of anything you can find to date about working in the vineyard... But a film about my rather rich personal history, and my working philosophy. The whole thing is projected in the cellar, onto hundred-year-old oak barrels at 180°. We'll finish the tasting in our dining bar area. You can enjoy a soup, a mixed board (cheese, fish and charcuterie), an Alsatian dessert and coffee/tea. A vegetarian version is also available, but please let us know in advance.

Maison ZEYSSOLFF is one of the few wineries in Alsace with some century-old oak casks, each with a capacity of 10,000L, still in use for the vinification of its wines. Its greatest curiosity is the ZEYSSOLFF barrel, made in 1897 for the Paris Universal Exhibition (1900). This barrel is still in use today. The immersive experience, with projections on the barrels and sound work, is unique in France. Children are welcome on the tour, which is suitable for everyone. Our bus will then stop in Kaysersberg, to discover this medieval village in the colors of Christmas. The Kaysersberg Christmas market traditionally welcomes you all four Advent weekends. The other days of the week you will find there a concentrate of Alsace: a historic town center filled with charm with beautiful old half-timbered houses. It will then be time to leave to go to the famous city of Colmar, where different Christmas markets dot the city and create different atmospheres depending on the neighborhood.
