Surfing with Surf Life Tenerife is an extremely fun activity, developed by licensed surf instructors. You will change and leave your personal values in our shop, located 100 meters from the beach. You will walk with our instructors to the surf spot and after a little warm-up, we will practice specific surfing techniques at the beach. Our instructors will get into the water with you and, depending on your level: - they will not use a board and wear flippers on their feet in order to push you into the waves and stabilize your board from behind if necessary; - they will surf next to you with their board if you are already an intermediate surfer able to catch waves on your own. At the end of the lesson, after a bit of stretching, you will get back to the shop where you can have a fresh shower!

This diving excursion in the Abades area will be supervised by an instructor and is designed especially for experienced or inexperienced beginners. Abades is a nature reserve where you can see all kinds of colorful fish and marine life. Videos are not included in the price.

In this guided tour, our monitors with more than 30 years of experience in water and underwater activities as well as biologist and geologist explain to the client the orography of Tenerife both in the outer part near the coast and in the submerged part that they can see with their own eyes. Pictures and videos will be taken during the whole excursion and at the end of the activity they will be given as a present to each of the participants.
