Surfing with Surf Life Tenerife is an extremely fun activity, developed by licensed surf instructors. You will change and leave your personal values in our shop, located 100 meters from the beach. You will walk with our instructors to the surf spot and after a little warm-up, we will practice specific surfing techniques at the beach. Our instructors will get into the water with you and, depending on your level: - they will not use a board and wear flippers on their feet in order to push you into the waves and stabilize your board from behind if necessary; - they will surf next to you with their board if you are already an intermediate surfer able to catch waves on your own. At the end of the lesson, after a bit of stretching, you will get back to the shop where you can have a fresh shower!

Tenerife, the largest of the Canary Islands, boasts stunning coastlines and azure waters, and what better way to begin your experience than to step on the boat and be handed a chilled glass of bubbles. Once settled, we will set off and head out to the open Atlantic seas looking for local marine life including our resident bottlenose dolphins and sea turtles in their natural habitat. This tour is perfect for beginners/first tour on the island or if you only want to spent some few hours on a road bike. and you will get a sense of what i would say to climb a real mountain or how hard 5-15% steep short segments feels like. From Puerto de la Cruz.we will start our 7 km climb untill the Humboldt Observatory plateau, where there is a marvellous view over the valley, PDC and the Atlantic ocean. After that we pass thru the old part of Orotava village and cross the Orotava valley, before we have 5 km climb up to another spectacular viewpoint. This diving excursion in the Abades area will be supervised by an instructor and is designed especially for experienced or inexperienced beginners. Abades is a nature reserve where you can see all kinds of colorful fish and marine life. Videos are not included in the price.

In this guided tour, our monitors with more than 30 years of experience in water and underwater activities as well as biologist and geologist explain to the client the orography of Tenerife both in the outer part near the coast and in the submerged part that they can see with their own eyes. Our most popular tour takes visitors through some of the most vibrant areas of Tenerife. This 8-hour trek covers three regions spanning more than five climates. The first part of our trek will be from Teide National Park, where we’ll travel through the scenic mountain range, stopping along the way for photos and to admire the views from a height of 2,200 meters. Following our time in Teide, we’ll venture on to the village of Masca, on the west side of Tenerife - located within the Masca Gorge, it’s often compared by visitors to Machu Picchu. From Masca, we’ll travel back to the north side of the island - a journey filled with beautiful coastlines, cliffs and beaches (we’ll stop at one of our favorite beaches along the way).
