I recently tried Fanji Braised Meat in Preserved Sauce, and it was a delightful experience. Bold, spicy, and aromatic, it’s definitely a dish worth coming back for. The Liang Pi (cold noodles) was also enjoyable, especially if you’re looking for something refreshing to balance the richer flavors. Light, tangy, and satisfying, it makes a great complement to the heartier dishes. Overall, Fanji delivers a solid taste of Xi’an comfort food with dishes that feel both authentic and satisfying. Great place with friendly staff. Good prices and great food (we had the pork bun, cold noodles and BiangBiang noodles, we were very happy with this little find! One of the best Rojiamo in Xi'an. Tender and juicy meat with a crispy, crunchy flat bread.

We had an excellent restaurant experience at Fanji Braised Meat In Preserved Sauce. The staff was super nice and spoke great English. They gave us recommendations of their favorite foods and even took the time to show us how to eat the dishes properly. Thank you for going above and beyond and making our dinner experience one of the nicest that we had in our entire China vacation. I would recommend Fanji Braised Meat In Preserved Sauce to all.
