Special Instructions

You MUST arrive 30 minutes or more before your tour time for your safety briefing and gear check. Please ensure you allow plenty of time to get here, especially if you are not used to driving on snow and ice. We recommend allowing 45 minutes to get from Fairbanks to the location of your tour. Our tours run on a tight schedule so if you are more than 15 minutes late for your safety briefing, you will forfeit your tour and will not be eligible for any refund. (For example, if your tour time is at 2:00pm, you must arrive by no later than 1:30pm). If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your safety briefing has started, you will be considered a "no-show" and no refunds will be given and you will not be able to be rescheduled to another date or time. Please refer to the cancellation policy concerning changes and cancellations to your tour. • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour provider reserves the right to refuse service to persons who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication or drug use. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • Not recommended for participants with back problems • Not recommended for pregnant women Transportation is not provided for this tour. We do not supply clothing for this tour. Warm and appropriate clothing (including boots) is essential. They can also deliver and pick up from your hotel or the airport.
