Annika, a culinary school graduate, grew up in Cape Town, in a multicultural home - she has South African and Danish roots. She has been fond of cooking since she was a child and learned to cook authentic South African dishes from her mother and grandmother. In her home, you can expect to try Cape Malay and African Township delicacies, and gain insight into South African culinary traditions.
