we had an excellent experience in this restaurant especially the ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the service was truly outstanding. The food was delicious, each dish full of authentic flavors especially the Mix Grill & the “küba” arabic bread are truly delicious and the dessert was especially unforgettable. A big thank you to Saeed and Adil for their wonderful service. Their attentiveness made our visit even more enjoyable. Special mention to their manager Delmar, who was incredibly accommodating. He consistently checked on us to ensure everything was perfect and that all our dishes were complete and served on time. Overall, it was an exceptional dining experience. Highly recommended!

The food was exceptional. I’m not an expert in this area of the world but have had similar food in the US, and none of it came close to this. Very recommended. Although the portions were a bit big for us. Maran and Nayef were great servers! Very attentive and kind. Five star service. We sat at the carpet section and it was fun.

While the food was all excellent, what really stood out was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. This would be an automatic return for me just for this. I must also say the food was fantastic as it would be a disservice not to mention this! The date pudding especially stood out and is a must try if you have any space left after your meal.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ AlKhyma Heritage Restaurant at Sheikh Zayed Mosque is an absolutely wonderful dining experience. The location itself is stunning—you’re surrounded by the beauty and serenity of the mosque, which makes the atmosphere extra special. The décor reflects authentic Emirati heritage, making it feel both cultural and welcoming. The food is excellent, with a wide variety of traditional dishes prepared to perfection. Every bite is flavorful and truly represents the essence of Emirati cuisine. A special mention has to go to Mustaffa , our waiter, who made the experience even better. He is incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. His recommendations were spot on, and he went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect for us. It’s rare to find such genuinely warm service, and he really stood out. Highly recommend visiting AlKhyma if you’re at Sheikh Zayed Mosque—you’ll get not just amazing food, but also an unforgettable experience with staff like Mustards making you feel right at home.

Food was excellent, best I’ve tried in the Middle East. Every meat on the platter was succulent and the chicken machboo was tender to the point of the meat falling off the bone. Abdo our server had excellent service and a great sense of humor too. Great meal.
