We had an incredible lunch at Valgerand! The food was beyond amazing. The oxtail was fall-off-the-bone tender and packed with flavor. Both the tenderloin and the ribeye were cooked to perfection-juicy and beautifully seasoned. A special thank you to Hazel. She was so warm, friendly, and attentive, which made our time even more enjoyable. Her excellent service truly complemented the fantastic food. We can’t wait to come back!

I have always enjoyed Nordic cuisine and have experienced it in many forms, from traditional to modern chic. Valverand succeeds in combining both: the comforting warmth of Northern flavors with refined aesthetics and smart, well-balanced tastes. The dark bread is perfectly baked, and both the seafood soup and the meatball dish I tried on my first visit were excellent. A very good address for anyone looking to discover or revisit Nordic cuisine.

We went for a Saturday brunch in Valgerand and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the food, as well as the top-tier service. The dishes were delicious and diverse — you definitely won’t leave hungry! We especially appreciated the cold appetizers that included salads, something we haven’t seen at other brunches before. We chose the Seabream with ratatouille for main and that was super good. We enjoyed the brunch while listening to the live music of the talented singer. Big thanks to the waitstaff for their excellent care — they were incredibly friendly and helpful.

We had such a wonderful evening at Valgerand Nordic Grill. It was our special “moment for two” and everything was perfect — from the cozy atmosphere to the delicious food. A very special thank you to Amanda, who took care of us with so much kindness. She patiently explained the dishes, made excellent recommendations, and really made our dinner feel unique. It’s rare to find someone so thoughtful and attentive. We’ll definitely be back — and we hope to be lucky enough to have Amanda as our waitress again! 💕
