Such a lovely place to spend the day! The food and smoothie was great, the staff were all super friendly, the DJ was playing tune after tune all day. Everything is aesthetically pleasing and clean! Also very reasonable priced as it was fully redeemable on food and drinks! Highly recommend :) thanks for a great day!

We were in Hudariyat just for exploration and we discovered this little gem! Once you enter this place it feels like you are in a blend of California and Greece which is a great great combination! The vibes, music, food and Greek coffee Fredo Espresso are perfect for a chill weekend relaxing day! The poeple working here are very friendly and welcoming which makes it so heartwarming! A plus is that you can see the surfers surfing across the pool. Once you order food you have free access to their pool too! Just perfect! We would like to specifically thank Feto and Ivy for making our experience unforgettable with their hospitality

So… not too often I give gushing reviews but in this instance its warranted. Walked into reception and gave my details to the exceptionally professional staff at the front desk, was promptly escorted to the bar for a few well earned drinks (I had just finished Sunday Roast after all)… between intro and me being shown my seat would have been no more than 2 minutes… was greated by name by the bar manager and all his lads, drink order taken in a flash, and for the rest of the afternoon felt like I was an honoured guest… cannot recommend this place highly enough.

As I stepped onto the sun-kissed shores of Hudayriyat Island, Ilios Restaurant & Beach Club welcomed me like a warm Mediterranean breeze. It’s not just a place—it’s a feeling, a slice of the Aegean woven into the heart of Abu Dhabi. The moment I arrived, the world seemed to slow down, replaced by the rhythmic crash of the world’s largest man-made wave at Surf Abu Dhabi and the gentle hum of a DJ spinning soulful tunes. The vibe was effortlessly chic, a perfect blend of laid-back luxury and vibrant coastal energy. The setting alone is enough to steal your breath. Natural stone and wood accents mingle with soft linens, creating an ambiance that feels like a love letter to the Greek islands. I chose a spot on the Meraki Dining & Terrace, where the infinity pool shimmered under the golden sun, and the view of surfers gliding across the waves felt like a private show. Upstairs, the Euphoria Lounge beckoned with its promise of sunset views, but I was too enchanted by the terrace to move. The menu, crafted by Head Chef GEORGE KOLETTAS, was a celebration of Mediterranean and Greek flavors, each dish bursting with freshness and heart. I started with the Florina peppers, sweet and marinated to perfection, kissed with aged balsamic and crispy confit garlic that danced on my palate. The Greek salad was a revelation—simple yet sublime, with juicy tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, and creamy feta that tasted like it was flown in from Athens. For my main, I couldn’t resist the grilled sea bass, presented tableside with a flourish before being charred to flaky perfection over coals. Every bite was a reminder of the sea, seasoned just enough to let the fish’s natural sweetness shine. The sides—tree-sized asparagus and smoky Padron peppers—were almost too generous, but I savored every moment of the feast. What truly elevated the experience was the service. The staff at Ilios don’t just serve; they anticipate your every need with a warmth that feels personal. My waiter, ISMAIL , recommended dishes with such enthusiasm that I could feel his love for the food. When a slight evening chill set in, a cashmere pashmina appeared as if by magic. It’s this attention to detail—chairs pulled out, drinks delivered poolside, and a chef who personally shared the story behind his menu—that made me feel like more than a guest; I felt cherished. As the sun dipped below the horizon, the atmosphere shifted. The DJ’s beats grew bolder, and the energy felt like Mykonos in its prime. I sipped a Cerberus Inferno mocktail, its tangy lemon and ginger notes sparking joy with every sip, while watching surfers carve the waves under the twilight sky. Dessert was a citrus éclair, a burst of Amalfi lemon curd that was both indulgent and refreshing, the perfect end to a perfect meal. Ilios is more than a restaurant or a beach club—it’s a sanctuary where time pauses, and every moment feels like a celebration. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, savoring authentic Greek dishes, or dancing under the stars, it’s a place that lingers in your heart long after you leave. I’m already counting the days until I return to this hidden gem, where the spirit of the Mediterranean meets the soul of Abu Dhabi.

We had a beautiful evening the atmosphere was so cozy and super cool. The spaghetti was served as per our request. The music in the restaurant at the pool was giving Italian vibes which gave the whole dining experience very exceptional. I will give the whole experience 100/10 because of our ser ver Mochine who was super friendly and attentive to our requests. He took very nice pictures of us and made our dining experience a memorable one
