We had a wonderful dining experience here. Started with the Iron Bloom — rich, flavorful chicken liver with a perfect balance of pomegranate and hummus. The Beef Fillet with Black Garlic Crème was exceptional — tender, juicy, and full of deep flavor. The Chicken Ballotine was beautifully done, with caramelized onions and pine nuts adding a comforting sweetness. For dessert, the Nile Moonrise was the perfect finish — light, tropical, and refreshing. The Strawberry Rossini complemented everything beautifully. Chefs Khaled and Moustafa truly know their craft, and the warm hospitality from Iman and Mahmoud made the evening even more enjoyable. A special mention to Sherif, the golf car driver who picked me up — friendly, helpful, and added a personal touch to the whole experience. A place where every detail — from flavor to service — feels genuinely cared for. Highly recommended.

In general terms, this is the perfect place to enjoy, not only healthy and very well elaborated homemade food, but the personnel is outstanding and they transmit very good vibes. The atmosphere is great and the restaurant is very well decorated and clean. The vicinities are awesome. The restaurant is located next to the river and you can have breathtaking views. Marina and Osman treated us excellently and made feel us like at home. Personnel in restaurant are very professional.

Unwinding at the Zen Wellness Retreat was a serene escape, complete with spacious rooms, plush bedding, and scenic views. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and hospitality. A thoughtful touch awaited us after dinner—a beautifully crafted towel swan adorned with fresh flowers atop the bed. Dinner at Juzoor, the on-site farm-to-table restaurant, was an exceptional experience. We were graciously welcomed by Manager Ahmed Abd Elaziz and our attentive server, Ahmed Nasr Eldin. The restaurant’s calming décor and our perfectly selected table with a stunning view of the Nile set the tone for a memorable evening. The meal began with a refreshing glass of freshly made cantaloupe juice, prepared and served by the manager himself, followed by an enticing variety of artisan breads. Our server ensured every detail was tended to with precision and a warm smile. The highlight of the main course was a masterfully prepared spaghetti dish with mushrooms and chicken, seasoned to perfection and elegantly plated. We were delighted to be personally greeted by International Chef Tamer, who took the time to converse with us and ensure our satisfaction. He also crafted our dessert—a remarkable creation of warm apples in a delicately sweet cream sauce, topped with a flavorful blend of nuts, all thoughtfully made without refined sugar. Each person we encountered exuded kindness, attentiveness, and generosity. It was a truly enriching and restorative experience.
