Wonderful experience. Food was amazing, and they catered so well for our dietary requirements. Service was excellent. The prices were high, but in line with a fine dining experience, and in my opinion, worth it. I will definitely go again. From the warm welcome to the quality of the dishes, an absolutely incredible experience. Staff are wonderful, playful and respectful, all at the same time. Dishes are a great fusion between Japanese techniques and South African ingredients. The wine pairings (3 options) are all expensive (the middle choice is the same as the entire course dinner) so we chose some excellent glasses and a fine bottle. Would skip the liquid nitrogen in ons of the dishes as that’s been done too many times in restaurants now. Overall I would highly recommend Fyn, one of the best dining experiences ever. The food was amazing and the cocktails just as good. It was a real treat to sit at the chef bar and watch the masters at work. They were kind enough to interact with us and let us take photos of what they were doing. The staff were extremely friendly and the service was excellent. We are truly spoilt in Cape Town to have restaurants like Fyn on our doorstep to enjoy.

Had Great lunch in this restaurant. Food was amazing. Japanese Fusion with local ingredients with the wine pairings makes the meal perfect. It has open kitchen with great atmosphere. Great attentive service! Highly recommendes .
