This place always exceeds my expectations! Their food is so delicious, served on time, and not so pricy. The ambiance is entirely amazing for dining and bonding. Their staff were very attentive. The customer service was excellent—the staff were warm, friendly, attentive and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit especially Harvey. The ambiance was absolutely lovely, offering a cozy yet elegant setting that made the meal feel special. As for the food, it did not disappoint. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The menu had a nice variety, and everything we tried was satisfying and delicious. Overall, it was a 10/10 dining experience. Dined for dinner and ordered their Crispy Pata Set, Buttered Chicken and Bacon Alfredo. Food was partially served within 20 minutes but the set was not complete. We had to wait another 15 minutes for the rest of our order to be served. Food was delicious though. 👌🏻 Service wise - not so good. The staff are not attentive. Different waitress/waiter were assigned to our table. We had to follow up several times. It’s something that they can improve.

Crab relleno doesn’t taste crabby at all. The chips that came with it is no longer crispy and is very fatty. Chopsuey is soggy and not delicious. Very low quality rice. The grilled pork is okay but not delicious. The gravy that came with it is cold.

As a family we decided to have a family reunion in Cebu and also to celebrate our wedding anniversary. So I decided to surprise my wife, since our accommodation is not that far from Kubu Restaurant I decided to inquire if I will be allowed to make a reservation for my surprise wedding anniversary celebration for my wife and surprisingly the Manager in charge was so accommodating he assisted me on what to do without any charge. Also all of the staff was so friendly and accommodating. My family and my wife family loves the food and ambiance. Also shoutout to the acoustic band performer that night our anniversary became so romantic.
