Host (short female) greeted us with no energy or smile...then we were sat cramped between tables with 20 other tables open in the dining room Server was nice & polite, but service was slow...noticed him serving 4-5 tables. Food flavors were ok, not great as I expected No manager interaction or visit at the table...spent $300 and didn't feel worth it Beautifully designed, happy place full of flavor and lots of color! It had been a few years since we’d visited and enjoyed each moment. The food was flavorful and portioned just appropriately for sharing. The drinks were fun and creative and the cotton candy/popcorn treat at the end was seasoned perfectly. Awesome place. So fun, colorful, and exciting coming here. Everything here is great, we got 2 different appetizers and 3 different entrees and there were 0 issues and everyone wants to come back! Our server was super helpful when we didn't know an ingredient. Would definitely recommend anyone to come. Highly recommend the yucca fries, they are soooo good and soooo garlicky!

Beautifully designed, happy place full of flavor and lots of color! It had been a few years since we’d visited and enjoyed each moment. The food was flavorful and portioned just appropriately for sharing. The drinks were fun and creative and the cotton candy/popcorn treat at the end was seasoned perfectly.

First time at Carnival and really impressive restaurant. Great vibe and character. We were celebrating our anniversary and thought that this looked just right for dinner and drinks. Antonio our server was extremely friendly and took great care of us. It was a pleasure to have our table off the main floor which made it a little more intimate for us. Cocktails were awesome, food was delicious and we were surprised with an excellent anniversary dessert. Nicely done!

We recently visited for dinner, and it was an amazing experience! The Ropa Vieja and Arrachera were perfectly cooked, and the sides were fresh and flavorful. The staff were super friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere was cozy, with soft music and nice lighting. Prices were fair for the quality. Wine was delicious…. Definitely coming back soon!
