Our 4x4 adventure begins at Cabo Girão, the famous "SKYWALK" the second highest cliff in Europe with ums incredible height of 580 meters. We follow winding roads to the Ribeira Brava, where the 16th-century Church of St. Benedict stands out, offering stunning views over the ocean. Then we reach Ponta do Sol, the most sunny spot on the island, surrounded by dramatic cliffs. We avoid the busiest times and areas, and between tastings, there are many surprises. Some stops may be shortened, extended, or replaced if you’ve already visited them. We will start at Mercado dos Lavradores, an important reference to all of those visiting us. It is our main local farm market where we find regional products for the taste of all tourist wanting the necessary tranquility for shopping. We will continue in the Old Town walking and seeing a bit of story of the first settlers and how Madeira become an important place throughout the centuries.  We will also visit Churchill Viewpoint with a privileged view over Camara de Lobos, the famous British prime minister from the 2nd World War was here in Madeira and we will show you where he stayed and where he painted his famous painting of Camara de Lobos. We finish our tour at the Ruins of Ponte dos Socorridos once one of the major bridges connecting the city of Funchal from the West side of the Island.

Our walking Tour start in a famous Funchal building built in 1940, the Mercado dos Lavradores, an important reference to all of those visiting us. We continue walking and go through the Old Town and come along to the Sea Avenue and visit the City Door, once the main gate from the Sea to the Madeiran capital. Leaving the hotel, we reached Pico Arieiro in 45 minutes. When we arrive and get a comfortable spot where the sunrise begins, there is pure magic happening right in front of us. We are above the clouds, and Mother Nature welcomes us with a display of her splendor. Shades of orange and purple tear through the blue sky and reflect on the clouds below us. Little by little, it is possible to see the sea and the green mountains emerging between our views. After sunrise, we will descend to a campsite to discover the enchanting Levada de Balcoes. Pick-up is 90 minutes before sunrise.

Embark on a self-guided hike from Porto da Cruz to Machico. Enjoy a scenic hike through the northeast coast of Madeira and admire the different vegetation and dramatic scenery changes.

Come discover the eastern side of Madeira Island with its breathtaking landscapes and know its peculiarities! The first stop is at Pico do Areeiro with a privileged view over the imposition of the Madeirese Mountain Mass. Then, enjoy the tour to Ribeiro Frio where the indigenous Laurissilva forest cover presents itself with a greenish glow. In Ribeiro Frio you can go to the Aquícola station and/or enjoy the pedestrian route on the Balcões trail (PR11). Then it goes to Santana where a valuable natural, but also cultural heritage is preserved with its typical colmo houses. Lunch will take place in Santana. Continue the tour to Porto da Cruz where you can enjoy a second pedestrian route and also visit the old sugarcane factory. Finally, it goes to Ponta de São Lourenço, a peninsula that offers a unique and imposing landscape, with panoramic views over the North and South sides of the island. You end up returning to Funchal.

This is a small group excursion with maximum 8 person per car.

Entering the island through narrow, sloping streets between enchanted terraces to rediscover valleys and breathtaking landscapes, using old roads on our island to rediscover the island as a local and to see places where some locals have never been. Our guide is native with knowledge of the history of the island and farming and endemic fauna.

We conquer the famous Stairway To Heaven first and afterwards we head to one of the most beautiful hikes on the island: Vereda do Larano. A lush green environment awaits us and the sea always behind us. On we go, always along the cliffs and with spectacular views. A little hunger? We got you. We have prepared a small picnic with local snacks and will find the perfect spot to enjoy it.
