We have been in Ha Long for 2 and a half weeks and have eaten at Papa’s BBQ 4 times already. The portion sizes are huge, the servers all speak at least a basic amount of English, and the food is really good. They were able to make burgers for my kids without the bun since they’re allergic, and it was still a huge burger and filled them up! If you’re itching for some western food, this is your restaurant! After a few weeks in Vietnam I craved for German food so I came to this restaurant. To my surprise it was almost completely packed with people. Every other restaurant in the area is mostly empty. I ate the german Schnitzel as well as the Bacon Cheeseburger. The Schnitzel absolutely surprised me and tastes just like in Germany. The Burger was good as well. The staff is lovely and super friendly. They also give recommendations if you don’t know what to order. The restaurant has german beer as well, if you are looking for that. Would definitely coming here if you stay in Ha Long City, you won’t regret it. Tasty food with great prices! Burger, chips and coconut came to 245,000 (£7) Burger was absolutely enormous and delicious! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly! If I had longer in Ha Long I would definitely come back again!

Tasty food with great prices! Burger, chips and coconut came to 245,000 (£7) Burger was absolutely enormous and delicious! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly! If I had longer in Ha Long I would definitely come back again!

Tried the beef goulash and Caesar salad — both were excellent! The place was very busy, so service took a while. It also felt quite crowded and humid inside, and the air conditioning was low, making it a bit hard to breathe. Still, the food was worth it.

Very good and very tasty food highly recommended for any foreigner and Vietnamese who like western style food. Staff is also very kind and helpful and food also came fast and very tasty. Will come again for sure ❤️
