Was visiting with Auntie, Uncle and cousins when they brought me along to a dinner here. Visiting from Australia, I had no premeditated expectations for what was to come Food turned out to be lovely. The head chef / owner very graciously came around to say hi. We found out then his inspiration for the fare he serves comes from travelling and cooking through South America for many years If I had the time, I would have loved to have come back and tried more of his very extensive menu especially the Argentinian steaks. Will put on my bucket list for next time I am back this way Also not knocking the service or ambience with 4 stars. Those usually go with elevated fine dinning experiences. The service here was still very good Best of luck to the family who run this place. I can see they do it with a lot of care and love of what they do and wanting to share their special culinary creativity with the locals. Wishing them amazing success into the future

food was quite delicious, the service was even better and the place had a lively ambiance! delicious drinks as well. only thing i didn’t appreciate was the portion and quality of the guacamole, tiny dollop & comprising more tomatoes than avocado itself. would go back though and hope to see better guac!

We ordered the guacamole, escargot, and grilled seabass for a dinner for two. The guacamole was unfortunately underwhelming as it lacked flavour and the nacho chips were disappointing. I expected some lime juice to brighten it up, but it mostly tasted like plain avocado with a few bits of tomato and hardly any shallots or onions. The chips also tasted a little stale. The escargot came without shells and was covered in an unusually large amount of sauce. While the escargots themselves were fresh, they lacked flavour and the sauce overpowered the dish. It wasn’t quite the style I’m used to. Thankfully, the grilled seabass was the highlight of our meal and truly saved the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed its flavour and it paired beautifully with the rice. The more we ate, the more we liked it. The service was lovely. The staff were friendly, smiling, and checked in to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely come back for the mains, though I’m a bit unsure about the sides.

The waiters were amazing. The service was impeccable. And don’t get me started on the food because, words can’t describe how fulfilling and delicious it was. All round I would highly recommend. The owners are amazing host I highly recommend Poblano KL. best food and cocktails in KL

I usually don’t like American food as I find it too oily and loaded with carbs, cheese, and sauces that make me feel sick after just a few bites. But this place completely changed my view like wowwwww We ordered the burrito and tortilla, both vegetarian options, and they were simply amazing🥹 Both my mom and I enjoyed every bite and finished everything without feeling heavy or sick, which is rare for us when it comes to American-style dishes. It was such a pleasant and special experience, the cream at the side was so gooddd! The mocktails were great too, and the staff were very kind and attentive. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to!
