Good control of temperature for the steaks so far. Lately see some changes off the menu: introduction of some variety of steaks(Hanwoo beef, chocolate-fed beef, etc) and then removal of some as well(Bone Marrow). On our likeable scale: Hokkaido seared scallops, Lobster Bisque(although lately seemed slightly diluted as it used to be creamier). The Foie Gras was a letdown as I personally preferred it to be seared for the smokey flavour it gives. Visited in Sept (: As always their steaks are on point. Came here to celebrate our anniversary.The Atlantic black cod was absolutely outstanding.The complimentary dessert was a lovely surprise.

Went there for dinner to celebrate the Anniversary on a Sunday night. We made a reservation, but it was not too crowded on that day. The ambience was nice, the waiters were attentive as well. We both ordered a 4-course meal; we enjoyed all the dishes. I was amazed by the crab cake, lobster bisque, the desserts were so so for me as I’m not a fan of the pastries with puff. The overall experience was good. Will come here again to try some other dishes.
