Random places bring best experience!!! First time i got here two years ago, and was warmly welcomed by the owner while waiting for my booking to be cleaned. Had an awesome and very warm conversation, tried local wine with olives and was amazed by the vibe place gives you. This year i am back to the same location, and the place grew, second floor, second location, same tasty food and homely atmosphere with added variety. Thank you ☺️ we will come back definitely This place is a real gem! Good food, good vibes and a super friendly owner. The outdoor tables are few and small, ideal for 2 people. I enjoyed Bacalhau com natas (Cod with cream) and the lemon pie we had for desert was divine! If you're looking to taste the best sardines in Lisbon, look no further. This small restaurant serves you with some of the most amazing authentic Portuguese food that could give many others a run for their money. Though i was lucky to try this first as my Airbnb was bang opposite this place; it caught my taste buds so much that I had the next two meals here as well. Grilled sardines and chocolate mousse is a must try, not to forget butter garlic prawns. Veggie cake with rice din't do bad either. Don't hesitate to sign off on the wall graffiti inside this tiny restaurant as a memory. P.S. Due to slant seating arrangement on cobbled street, it's good for groups of two. Despite a mezzanine seating, the staff is reluctant to offer indoor seating at most times.

Excellent local restaurant. We ordered the sausage, tempura shrimp, and sea bass. Their sea bass is grilled, but I asked them to sear it in garlic butter and they were very accommodating. Service time is very reasonable for what appears to be a family owned local restaurant. The sausage was a little hard to chew, but it tasted so good. The sea bass was fantastic, and the shrimp was by far the highlight of this visit. We also got sangria (they make it with sparkling wine) which was really good. Very happy with the experience and would definitely come again. Only downside is that they accept cash only! No credit cards 🙁

They have indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is on a slant due to the location and cobblestones. I enjoyed my squid with potatoes. It was a little oily for me, but had nice flavoring. The woman working was very nice and honest. She cautioned the table next to me that their orders came with sides ordering more might be too much food.
