The food here is absolutely delicious—flavorful, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. Each dish looked as good as it tasted, and you can tell care went into the preparation. However, the experience felt a bit rushed. Despite asking for our courses to come out one after the other, everything arrived at once. It took away from the pacing of the meal and made it harder to enjoy each dish fully. Also, the portion sizes were on the smaller side, so keep that in mind if you’re coming in hungry. Overall, a great spot for tasty, well-prepared food, but the service timing and portion size could use a little improvement. Would definitely come back, just with adjusted expectations. Very cheap for what the restaurant offers. A good variety of traditional food which they offer. Tried a lot of new dishes but one stands out specifically, the scallop carpaccio. I have never eaten something so delicious before. Very friendly service and beautiful location in the small town of Santanyi. Will definitely visit it again!

We had a lovely evening at Restaurant Manique! Even though it was raining, we were able to sit outside under a cozy awning with a heater that kept us perfectly comfortable. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was genuinely friendly. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was fresh and full of flavor. A wonderful dining experience, rain or shine!

Now this is a restaurant. You are treated with respect, from the food, service to the atmosphere. We’ve been to some restaurants in Santanyí where they think you are stupid just because you’re a tourist. These guys take pride in what they do. Every course was just amazing, one of the best meals we’ve had (certainly the octopus). Your bread is freshly made in the pizza oven (they don't really have to make this extra effort on a hot evening). Just a bunch of nice people making superb food. Take my word for it and don’t miss it. Thanks Manique!
