Yes! Yes! Yes! It tastes as great as it smells. I love the vibes and the decor. The falafel is a MUST! I like their organisation method of collecting the orders in the waiting room, its makes the service faster! Tip: get there for an early lunch to skip the usual queues. And note that the terrace is crowded with tables so its not the place to chill - order, eat, leave. The restaurant was busy with a line outside, but we only waited around 5 minutes for a table. We first sat on the first floor and were later offered a rooftop table before the food arrived – such a nice touch! Great atmosphere with cozy decor and relaxing music. The staff was friendly and thoughtful, even bringing us two plates so we could share. We had falafel with hummus, Moroccan salad, and mixed skewers – everything was super tasty and plenty for two. Definitely recommend Café Restaurant Dar L’Hssira is a small but cozy and authentic spot — it really captures that traditional Moroccan charm. We sat indoors at first, and it was quite hot because the AC wasn’t on, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Once they turned it on, it was much better, and overall I enjoyed the atmosphere. The rooftop seating, though, was the real highlight — beautiful view, relaxing vibe, and a great place to enjoy your meal. The food was very good. We started with the harira soup, which was absolutely amazing — flavorful and easily the best I’ve ever had. The chicken bastilla was also good, while the mixed grill was unfortunately quite mediocre and not something I’d recommend. The tajine and couscous were both very tasty, though I did notice the portion of meat in the tajine was smaller than usual. The service was great — the staff were attentive and kind, even if nothing particularly stood out. Overall, I liked the place and would definitely recommend it, especially for the rooftop experience and the delicious harira soup!

This place is such a hidden gem! It’s tucked away in a narrow alley with a beautiful rooftop setting that feels relaxing. The food was delicious and truly authentic Moroccan cuisine. Definitely visit this spot if you’re exploring the souks!

Everything on internet was accurate. Wonderful rooftop, delicious food. Great portions. I got there at 555 to be safe, already a line. About 10 min wait. Coffee was not too sweet, prices were affordable. Skewer plate was more than I expected, and the beef tajine was delicious. The guy next to me got the Royal tajine and he was raving about it. Sunset too, was a very nice experience.
